The Boeing Fortress
A Burger from my heart...
The Boeing Fortress is the only burger that always makes the cut, not only because its delicious (Obviously), but because it reminds me of my family and it's my Daughters favorite. My family owned Bearden's on Rocky River Dr. ( Yes, I was the little girl on roller skates in the parking lot) and I grew up eating the Bearden Burger, topped with peanut butter and pickles. When I started Betty's, I knew I needed an ode to them. I created the Boeing Fortress, a burger patty topped with American Cheese, Bacon Jam, Chunky Peanut Butter, and Peppered Strawberry Preserves.
It's always on the menu, No Special Orders of course!
